Vision set new mile stone by giving huge job options to its students

Vision College, Chittorgarh successfully organized a Campus Placement Drive and Job Fair in collaboration with the District Administration and District Employment Office, Chittorgarh on 27 February 2026 at the Vision College campus, Udaipur Road.The placement drive was inaugurated by Mr. Rahul Dev Singh (District Employment Officer) in the presence of Dr. Majid Hussain Khan (Principal, Vision College) and Mr. Subhash Chandra Pareek (Chief Operating Officer, Vision College), DR Chetali Agarwal , Mrs Ridhi Jajoo ( vice principals)  along with other dignitaries and faculty members.

The event witnessed an overwhelming response from job seekers across Chittorgarh and nearby districts. Around 725 candidates participated in the job fair and attended interviews conducted by several reputed organizations from sectors such as finance, manufacturing, IT, insurance, consulting, education, and service industries.After a rigorous selection process conducted by the participating companies, 479 candidates were shortlisted for job opportunities, while 86 candidates were selected for skill development and training programs. In total, 565 youth received employment or training opportunities, making the event a significant step toward strengthening employment prospects for young graduates in the region.

During the event, the District Employment Officer interacted with company representatives and candidates while inspecting the recruitment process and company stalls. He appreciated the initiative taken by Vision College and emphasized that such placement drives play an important role in connecting youth with industry opportunities and reducing unemployment.The program was also supported by officials and coordinators including Rajendra Upadhyay (Additional Administrative Officer), Piyush Gandhi (Senior Assistant), Santosh Kumar Sharma (Junior Assistant), Harishankar Sharma (District Coordinator – Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation) along with Rakesh Dadhich,, Pankaj Dalal and the faculty members of Vision College.The successful organization of this placement drive reflects Vision College’s strong commitment to career development and industry engagement for students and local youth. The administration also announced that similar placement drives will be organized in the future to expand employment opportunities for aspiring candidates.
